What is the key item in your suitcase when you leave for Stockholm? (any lucky charm, special jump robe or anything else that you MUST bring)

No such thing. Im quite a load myself.

Do you have a good advice for your fellow competitors?

Questions

Have you followed a special program leading up to the competition?

NOT AT ALL – except from daily training. I am pregnant now, som I’m most in for fun and because I’m still feeling fine and able to do most CrossFit exercises.

How about your diet – any changes?

Three home cooked main meals a day and trying to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and to get a lot of sleep and water. It’s amazing how fast I have gained weight during my pregnancy considered that I haven’t changed my diet.

Do you feel mentally and physically prepared?

I’m in this competition just for fun and will focus on having a fun day and not to ruin any of the other female athlete’s chances in the overall placement.

What’s your ambition (in terms of placement)?

I would love to have been able to participate at the European CrossFit Regionals in Halmstad, Sweden in May 2010, but I will be 6 months+ pregnant at that time 🙂 Hopefully, I’ll get that chance in the future.

What is the key item in your suitcase when you leave for Stockholm? (any lucky charm, special jump robe or anything else that you MUST bring)

My new Casall clothes, my lifting shoes, my jump rope, gloves for rope climbing – and Ditte (we always compete together).

Do you have a good advice for your fellow Danes competing?

You never know how far you can take it on competition day!
