The WOD/class that made you decide to become a CrossFitter? My big brother told me that I could be good at this, so he made the choice for me.
How often do you train now ? Crossfit 4-5 times a week, and then some heavy lifting, biking, runing, and swimming
Do you follow any speciel programming or are you (just) doing the WODs at your box? I follow the wods at my box, but everything else is after a program.

The most difficult thing in CrossFit ? Too be good at everything!
How do you keep the motivation high? Telling myself that I wanna be Fucking good!!
