What WOD/class made you decide to become a CrossFitter?
Grace (30 clean and jerks for time) that one really caught my attention 🙂
How often do you train now ?
4-6 times a week.
Do you follow any speciel programming or are you (just) doing the WODs at your box?
I try to fit heavy lifting in to my schedule every time before testing my skills with the WODs.
Which one of your CrossFit related accomplishments are you most proud off so far?
Completing the Ultra CrossFit Marathon in Butcher’s Lab must be my proudest accomplishment.
What is your next goal(s)?
The human flag, the iron cross and other crazy moves in the rings.
The most difficult thing in CrossFit ?
Over Head Squats must be one of the most challenging disciplines.
How do you keep the motivation high?
There is no need for that, I dream about CrossFit 🙂
Any good advice for new CrossFitters?
By socializing with the other CrossFitters in your gym, you will have a lot more fun while training, and at the same time get many good advices and improving your technique. It’s important to be open for constructive criticism in order to get better.
