What WOD/class made you decide to become a CrossFitter?
The intro at CrossFit Copenhagen (10 min. AMRAP 5 burpees, 10 swings, 15 Airsquats)! The following day was spent in awe, wondering how 10 minutes of work could be that devastating!
How often do you train now?
6 times a week, with the occasional spontaneous rest day when I feel like it.
Do you follow any special programming or are you (just) doing the WODs at your box?
Currently, I am doing the daily WODs at CrossFit Copenhagen.
Which one of your CrossFit related accomplishments are you most proud off so far?
My muscle ups!
What are your next goal(s)?
Increasing all of my lifts and getting more familiar with them. Plus, gaining mass!
The most difficult thing in CrossFit?
Choosing a single WOD to do when there are so many great ones out there. And, staying away from the gym on rest days…
How do you keep the motivation high?
Seeing those pretty faces on the 7:00 o’clock morning team! Try to make it to the gym at the same hour every day, that way you have a better chance to get to know the people you train with. Get social and cheer on each other!
Any good advice for new CrossFitters?
Think about what and when you eat, everything starts here. At least, bring something you can eat right after your workout; it speeds up your recovery compared to waiting for the next big meal. I don’t want to get too specific on this subject, a lot of guys much smarter than me wrote a lot of stuff about it.
Any questions for the community? (this is your chance to ask experienced CrossFitters anything!)
How do you attend a social get-together without ending up spilling your heart out about crossfit to everyone and everything?!
Do you plan to attend any CrossFit competitions?
Fit as Fu*k CrossFit Challenge 25 sept. @ CTC, and I can’t wait!

I know that guy! 🙂
Great article… Kudos for mentioning the 7.00 o’clock team! a.k.a. the REAL “rising” stars at Crossfit Copenhagen. 🙂 with some of the prettiest/most tired faces at Crossfit Copenhagen, who are always great to help push and inspire one’s workout.
Couldn’t agree more, in regards to the social get-together, about speaking too much about Crossfit. 🙂
See you in church!
