The concept all in all was cool.
How often do you train now ?
4-5 times a week.
Do you follow any special programming or are you (just) doing the WODs at your box?
Just following the WODs in the gym. And what ever Ditte has up her sleave for us.
Which one of your CrossFit related accomplishments are you most proud off so far?
Danish CrossFit Open 2010 – deadlift 210 kg.
What is your next goal(s)?
Become stronger and faster.
The most difficult thing in CrossFit ?
Overhead Squat…. 😦
How do you keep the motivation high?
Enjoy working out with my team m8s.
Any good advice for new CrossFitters?
Start lifting heavy… Light weight baby…..

Do you plan to attend any CrossFit competitions?
Fit as Fu*k CrossFit Challenge in Spetember. Hopefully CrossFit Games at some point.
