What has been your main focus in your training since the Regionals?
Opening the hip capsules and increasing overall flexibility in hips and shoulders. Also, improving areas of weakness while exerting max effort during each WOD. I’ve taken time to learn SMR and use of foam rollers, the Stick, and massage therapy to release trigger points.
How do you think your chances of going to the CrossFit Games 2010 are? I’m not too focused on placement, although I would love the opportunity to compete at the CrossFit Games. I’m competing for fun and to meet other dedicated athletes who are focused on winning at life and being good people. I love the CrossFit community!
