Do you think the European CrossFit Regionals will contain a heavy event? Definitely. Hopefully something other than deadlifts… AGAIN.

Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Bench Press, Back Squat, OH Squat
Do you follow any special lifting program?
No. Whenever I have access to heavy weights I lift them. Most time I don’t.

Do you hope to see a lot of endurance work at the Regionals? YES. Let’s do some long workouts.

To get stronger. I always lose ground in the heavy lifting.
