What was your placement: 1st place
Shoes: Red Do Wins for Olympic lifting and 5 fingers for squat and deadlifts
Deadlift: 210 kg.
Back squat: 185 kg.
Front squat: 150 kg.
Overhead squat: 110 kg. for 2 reps
Clean & jerk: 120 kg. , clean PR is 135 kg.
Snatch: 90 kg.
Shoulder press: 80 kg.
Bench press: 135 kg.
“Grace”: 1:48 min.
“CrossFit total I/II”: 450kg.
Do you think the European CrossFit Regionals will contain a heavy event? Lets hope so! 🙂
Which lift(s) would you prefer to see at such an event? Cleans or any squat variation

Max rep pull-ups: 50, but it’s been a while!

What has been your main focus in your training since the Regionals? Olympic lifts and sprints along with gymnastic work, pre sectionals it was rowing, rowing and more rowing!
How do you think your chances of going to the CrossFit Games 2010 are? I finished in 1st place in the UK & Ireland Sectionals so I’m right up there. However, I have a sneaking suspicion that the Scandinavian boxes are going to have produced some monsters! It’s all on the day and what each WoD is like. We’ll see!
