Do you think the European CrossFit Regionals will contain a heavy event?

Obviously yes.

Which lift(s) would you prefer to see at such an event?

An Olympic total would be a good test.

Do you follow any special lifting program?

I have followed the Catalyst Athletics WOD for 3-4 months in September 2008. Otherwise, I program myself.

ENDURANCE

WORKOUTS

The flat Goliaths again, I use them for everything that is not running.

The only I have done recently are Jackie in 6’17” and Nate with 14 rounds + 1 muscle-up. Other then that, I program my own training.

What has been your main focus in your training since the Regionals?

Working on the weak points and sleeping more.

How do you think your chances of going to the CrossFit Games 2010 are?

I’m coming to have fun and push myself with the other athletes. It depends on the events and on who has the most heart on that weekend. If there are 60 athletes, I’ll just say 3/60 🙂
