Favorite WOD and favorite meal – Anders Lerche, CrossFit Butcher’s Lab, Denmark

  • Name: Anders Lerche
  • Age: 22
  • Affiliate: CrossFit Butcher’s Lab
  • Country: Denmark
  • Affiliate/blog www-page:
  • Crossfitting since: 2009
  • My favorite WOD: Dia-Fran-Ebeth
  • My RX-time: 6:35
  • Why this WOD is my favorite: Because it is a nice mixture of three of my favorite “girls”.
  • Any obstacles?: The hardest part is going directly from deadlifts to handstand push-ups, my lower back wasn’t particularly pleased with that.
  • Future goals: Sub 5min is definitely possible. I wasted much time before doing handstand push-ups because of my lower back.
  • My favorite meal/diet: Baked salmon in pastery with spinach and baked root crops.
  • Any obstacles?: It takes 1hour at least to make…

Anders will be participating in the FIT AS FU*K CrossFit Challenge…..
