Thanks to all of you who submitted WODs and/or voted for your favorite WOD.
We’ve counted the votes – and the winning WOD with 33,7% (159 votes) is:
As many rounds as possible in 10 min.:
- 10 kettlebell snatches 32/24 kg. (5 each arm)
- 200 m. sandbag run 40/30 kg.
- 10 burpees
Congratulations to Rasmus Halkjær from CrossFit Copenhagen who suggested the WOD.
Due to the scoring system (will be revealed later) and space limitations outside, we might have to change the running distance and maybe change the WOD from an AMRAP to a certain amount of rounds for time.
