The CrossFit Games Open 2011 is on!

The CrossFit Games Open 2011 started today and will continue with 1 workout/week for the next 6 week. Follow CrossFit Butcher’s Garage’s crossfitters participation in the CrossFit Games Open 2011 here.

The workout/week 1:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches 35kg (men)/25kg (women)
